Über 2.500 Installationen sind weltweit in Betrieb. Derzeit unterhält die montratec GmbH direkte Vertriebe in Europa, USA und Asien, sowie weitere internationale Vertretungen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Entwicklung und Projektierung von Automationsanlagen und Anwendungsprojekten beginnend bei der Idee über die Konzeptphase, Konstruktionsphase bis hin zur Fertigstellung eines Kundenprojekts
Produktpflege vorhandener Maschinenbaureihen zur Sicherstellung der Technologieführerschaft
Kundenauftragsbearbeitung auf Basis der Kundenanforderung
Erstellung und Ausarbeitung von Pflichtenheften, FMEAs und Risikobeurteilungen
Unterstützung des Einkaufs bei der Lieferantenauswahl für Bauteile und Komponenten
Unterstützung von Vertrieb und Projektmanagement bei technischen Fragestellungen

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Konstruktion kundenspezifischer Projekte bzw. in Anwendungsprojekten in der Intralogistik wünschenswert
Kenntnisse in der Auswahl und Integration von mechanischen, elektrischen und pneumatischen Komponenten
Sicherer Umgang mit SolidWorks und SAP wünschenswert
Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
Belastbarkeit und Leistungsbereitschaft

Your Tasks

Development and project planning of automation systems and application projects starting with the idea through the concept phase, design phase to completion of a customer project
Product maintenance of existing machine series to ensure technological leadership
Processing of customer orders on the basis of customer requirements
Preparation and elaboration of functional specifications, FMEAs and risk assessments
Supporting purchasing in the selection of suppliers for parts and components
Support of sales and project management in technical issues

Your profile

Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
Sound professional experience in the design of customer-specific projects or in application projects in intralogistics desirable
Knowledge in the selection and integration of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components
Confident handling of SolidWorks and SAP desirable
High degree of independence and personal responsibility
Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Strong communication and team skills
Ability to work under pressure
