Ihre Aufgaben

Organisation der Baustelle von der Planung über die Installation bis zur Inbetriebnahme der montrac^®-Anlagen
Hauptansprechpartner für alle Themen, welche die Baustelle betreffen
Koordination und Planungsunterstützung für Kunden und Partner
Durchführen von Einsätzen im Rahmen der Installation sowie Inbetriebnahme und Instandhaltung von montrac^®-Anlagen beim Kunden
Technische Beratung des Servicepersonals der Kunden
Einweisung und Schulung des Bedienungs- und Werkstattpersonals
Nachbereitung von Serviceeinsätzen
Abstimmung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Vertrieb, Technik, Projektmanagement und Produktion

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung zum Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Maschinenbau, idealerweise im Bereich Customer Service
Kenntnisse im Bereich Automation und Intralogistik wünschenswert
Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie selbstsicheres Auftreten
Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
Internationale Reisebereitschaft

Your Tasks

Organisation of the site from planning, installation to commissioning of the montrac^® systems
Main contact person for all topics concerning the site
Coordination and planning support for customers and partners
Assignments within the scope of installation as well as commissioning and maintenance of montrac^® systems at the customer's site
Technical advice for the customers' service staff
Instruction and training of the operating and maintenance staff
Follow-up of service assignments
Co-ordination and close cooperation with the sales, engineering, project management, and production departments

Your profile

Successfully completed technical professional training as a mechatronics engineer (m/f/d) or comparable training
2 + years’ professional experience in mechanical engineering, ideally in the area of customer service
Knowledge of automation and intralogistics desirable
Distinct customer and service orientation as well as self-confident appearance
Ability to communicate and work in a team
Good verbal and written German language skills
Independent and careful way of working
Willingness to travel internationally
