Ihre Aufgaben

Eigenständige Planung, technische Abwicklung und Betreuung von Kundenprojekten von Auftragseingang bis zur Endabnahme
Verantwortung für das Zeitmanagement in den zu betreuenden Kundenprojekten von der Terminplanung bis hin zur Terminverfolgung
Budget- und Kostenmanagement für die zu betreuenden Kundenprojekte
Dokumentation und Projektcontrolling inkl. Erstellung regelmäßiger Statusreports
Sicherstellung eines nachhaltigen Claim- und Risikomanagements im Kundenprojekt
Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Außenterminen in technischen Gesprächen bei Kunden
Mitwirkung an internen und bereichsübergreifenden Projekten

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder Techniker (m/w/d) / Technischer Betriebswirt (m/w/d)
Mindestens zweijährige Berufserfahrung im Project Management sowie betriebswirtschaftliches Grundverständnis
Idealerweise SAP-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Automatisierungstechnik
Selbständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
Hohe Kundenorientierung, sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
Ausgeprägte Problemlösekompetenz
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse wünschenswert
Reisebereitschaft (ca. 10-15 %)

Your Tasks

Independent technical processing and support of orders from receipt of order to scheduling, deadline tracking and claim management to final acceptance of the projects to be supported
Advising the sales partners, the field service as well as the worldwide montratec branches on technical questions
Support of the sales department during field appointments in technical discussions with customers
Participation in internal and interdivisional projects

Your profile

Successfully completed technical studies or technician (m/f/d) / technical business economist (m/f/d)
Professional experience in project management and basic understanding of business administration desirable
Ideally SAP knowledge and experience in automation technology
Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
High customer orientation, very good communication and teamwork skills
High level of commitment and ability to work under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills
Very good written and spoken German and English, further foreign language skills desirable
Willingness to travel (approx. 10 %)
