Über 2.500 Installationen sind weltweit in Betrieb. Derzeit unterhält die montratec GmbH direkte Vertriebe in Europa, USA und Asien, sowie weitere internationale Vertretungen.
Ihre Aufgaben
  • Koordination von elektrischen Konstruktionen für unsere Anlagen nach auftragsspezifischen Vorgaben
  • Führung eines Teams sowie deren stetige Weiterentwicklung
  • Verantwortung für die interne, sowie externe Kapazitäts- und Personalplanung von Elektrokonstrukteuren 
  • Gesamtverantwortung zur Sicherstellung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualität im Bereich Elektrokonstruktion
  • Einhaltung und Überwachung aller gesetzlichen, internen/externen Vorgaben und Bestimmungen
  • Sicherstellung und Optimierung der Strukturen, Schnittstellen und Abläufe für den Bereich 
  • Erstellen von Kalkulationen anhand Kundenanforderungen
  • Fachliche Unterstützung beim CE-Prozess
Ihr Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau
  • Erste Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit EPLAN und MS Office
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Kunden- und Produktanforderungen
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams
  • Proaktive und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeit in deutscher und englischer Sprache

Your Tasks
  • Coordination of electrical designs for our systems according to order-specific specifications
  • Management of a team and its continuous further development
  • Responsibility for internal and external capacity and personnel planning for electrical designers
  • Overall responsibility for ensuring costs, deadlines and quality in the area of electrical design
  • Compliance with and monitoring of all legal, internal/external specifications and regulations
  • Ensuring and optimizing structures, interfaces and processes for the division
  • Creating calculations based on customer requirements
  • Technical support for the CE process
Your profile
  • Successfully completed studies or further training as a technician (m/f/d) in the field of electrical engineering or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in mechanical and plant engineering
  • Initial management experience desirable
  • Confident handling of EPLAN and MS Office
  • Strong understanding of customer and product requirements
  • Enjoy working with interdisciplinary teams
  • Proactive and independent way of working
  • Very good communication skills in German and English
