Über 2.500 Installationen sind weltweit in Betrieb. Derzeit unterhält die montratec GmbH direkte Vertriebe in Europa, USA und Asien sowie weitere internationale Vertretungen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines 3-köpfigen Teams
Konzeptionelle und operative Gesamtverantwortung für den Bereich
Verantwortung für die Angebotserstellung bis hin zur Rechnungsstellung
Optimierung der internen Prozesse im Vertriebsinnendienst
Implementierung und Überwachung von KPIs
Pflege und Aufbau von langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen
Realisierung von anspruchsvollen Projekten im Aufgabengebiet

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ggf. Weiterbildung zum Betriebswirt (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erste Erfahrung als Teamleitung
Fundierte Erfahrung in den kaufmännischen Prozessen im Vertriebsinnendienst im industriellen Umfeld
Selbstständige, Verantwortungsbewusste und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke gepaart mit Empathie
Ausgeprägte Hands-On Mentalität und Service-Mindset
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit und Spaß im Umgang mit Kunden

Your Tasks

Management and further development of a 3-person team
Overall conceptual and operational responsibility for the division
Responsibility for preparing quotations through to invoicing
Optimization of internal processes in the internal sales department
Implementation and monitoring of KPIs
Maintaining and building long-term customer relationships
Realization of challenging projects in the area of responsibility

Your profile

Completed commercial education, possibly further training as a business economist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
First experience as a team leader
Sound experience in commercial processes in internal sales in an industrial environment
Independent, responsible and customer-oriented way of working
Initiative, assertiveness and strong communication skills paired with empathy
Strong hands-on mentality and service mindset
Very good knowledge of German and English
Outgoing personality and enjoy dealing with customers
