Über 2.500 Installationen sind weltweit in Betrieb. Derzeit unterhält die montratec GmbH direkte Vertriebe in Europa, USA und Asien, sowie weitere internationale Vertretungen.
Ihre Aufgaben
  • Konzeption und Entwicklung von Produkten und Komponenten
  • Begleitung des gesamten Prozesses von der Prototypenentwicklung bis zur Serienreife
  • Einhaltung gesetzlicher, normativer und produktspezifischer Vorschriften und Spezifikationen
  • Aufbau und Erprobung von Prototypen
  • Qualifizierung und Freigabe von Komponenten und Produkten
  • Produktpflege vorhandener Produkte und Komponenten zur Sicherstellung der Technologieführerschaft
  • Erstellung und Ausarbeitung von Pflichtenheften, FMEAs und Risikobeurteilungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Entwicklungsbereichen sowie anderen am Produktentstehungsprozess beteiligten Bereichen
  • Unterstützung des Einkaufs bei der Lieferantenauswahl für Bauteile und Komponenten
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium mit der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
  • technisches und fertigungstechnisches Wissen in der Konstruktion von komplexen Metall- und Kunststoffteilen und idealerweise im Bereich mechatronischer Systeme
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Produktentwicklung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SolidWorks und SAP wünschenswert
  • Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Belastbarkeit und Leistungsbereitschaft

Your Tasks
  • Design and development of products and components
  • Supporting the entire process from prototype development to series production
  • Compliance with legal, normative and product-specific regulations and specifications
  • Construction and testing of prototypes
  • Qualification and release of components and products
  • Product maintenance of existing products and components to ensure technological leadership
  • Creation and development of functional specifications, FMEAs and risk assessments
  • Close cooperation with other development departments and other departments involved in the product development process
  • Supporting the purchasing department in the selection of suppliers for parts and components
Your profile
  • Completed technical studies in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics or comparable
  • Technical and manufacturing knowledge in the design of complex metal and plastic parts and ideally in the field of mechatronic systems
  • Solid professional experience in product development 
  • Confident handling of SolidWorks and SAP desirable
  • High level of independence and personal responsibility 
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and willingness to perform
