Ihre Aufgaben

Auswahl und Bewertung von Lieferanten
Abstimmung technischer Lösungen mit den Fachabteilungen (Konstruktion, Produktion) und den Lieferanten
Pflege langjähriger Beziehungen zu unseren Lieferanten
Verhandlung von Einkaufspreisen, Rahmenverträgen, Lieferbedingungen und Lieferterminen
Abwicklung und Überwachung von Bestellvorgängen, hauptsächlich für Elektrokomponenten
Überwachung sämtlicher Einkaufspositionen und Sicherstellung der Liefertermine
Koordination der Beschaffung von Lieferantendokumentationen
Bearbeitung von Sortiments- und Preisveränderungen
Ansprechpartner für Lieferanten

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung, ggf. eine technische Weiterbildung, eine vergleichbare Qualifikation oder Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) aus dem praktischen Umfeld
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Einkauf, idealerweise im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau von Vorteil
Hohe technische Affinität
Souveränes Auftreten und engagierte Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit ausgeprägtem Verhandlungsgeschick
Bereichsübergreifendes Denken sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- Organisationsstärke
Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
Starkes Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein
Versierter Umgang mit MS Office sowie sicherer Umgang mit ERP-System, idealerweise mit SAP R/3
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Your Tasks

Selection and evaluation of suppliers
Coordinating technical solutions with the specialist departments (design, production) and suppliers
Maintaining long-standing relationships with our suppliers
Negotiating purchase prices, framework agreements, delivery conditions and delivery dates
Processing and monitoring ordering processes, mainly for electrical components
Monitoring all purchasing items and ensuring delivery dates are met
Coordinating the procurement of supplier documentation
Processing product range and price changes
Contact person for suppliers

Your profile

Successfully completed training, possibly further technical training, a comparable qualification or career changer (m/f/d) with practical purchase experience
Several years of experience in technical purchasing, ideally in mechanical and plant engineering is an advantage
High technical affinity
Confident appearance and committed way of working, coupled with strong negotiating skills
Cross-divisional thinking and strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience
Strong quality and cost awareness
Proficient in MS Office and confident with ERP systems, ideally with SAP R/3
Good knowledge of German and English
