Ihre Aufgaben

Leitung und Entwicklung von kleinen Teams (Mechanical Application, Electrical Application, Technical Documentation)
Vermittlung zwischen Vertrieb und Kunden zur Erarbeitung kundenspezifischer und ganzheitlicher Lösungen sowie zur Klärung technischer Fragen
Sicherstellung und Optimierung der Strukturen, Schnittstellen und Abläufe für die oben genannten Bereiche
Ressourcen- und Budgetplanung
Sicherstellung der Bearbeitung von Kundenprojekten unter Berücksichtigung der gängigen bzw. spezifizierten Normen, Maschinenrichtlinien bis hin zur CE-Konformität
Erstellung von Risikobeurteilungen und FMEAs sowie Weiterentwicklung eines nachhaltigen Risikobeurteilungsprozesses
Vorantreiben der Standardisierung

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Mechatroniker (m/w/d) mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden und dem Leiten von Projekten zwingend erforderlich
Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Maschinen- und Anlagenbau
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Mechanik, Elektrik, Pneumatik und Programmierung
Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Großprojekten von mehreren Millionen Euro
Unternehmerisches Denken und proaktives Handeln
Selbstständige, systematische, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Your Tasks

Management and development of small teams (Mechanical Application, Electrical Application, Technical Documentation)
Mediating between sales and customers to develop customer-specific and holistic solutions and to clarify technical issues
Ensuring and optimizing structures, interfaces and processes for the above-mentioned areas
Resource and budget planning
Ensuring the processing of customer projects taking into account the current or specified standards, machine guidelines through to CE conformity
Creating risk assessments and FMEAs and further developing a sustainable risk assessment process
Advancing standardization

Your profile

Completed training as a mechatronics engineer (m/f/d) with further training as a technician (m/f/d) in automation technology or comparable qualification
Experience in managing employees and leading projects is essential
Sound experience in the field of mechanical and plant engineering
Very good knowledge of mechanics, electrics, pneumatics and programming
Experience in handling large-scale projects worth several million euros
Entrepreneurial thinking and proactive action
Independent, systematic, solution-oriented and structured way of working
Good communication and teamwork skills
Very good knowledge of German and English
