Ihre Aufgaben

Auswertung und Reporting von Kennzahlen direkt aus SAP
Anlegen und Pflegen von Stammdaten im System
Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Arbeitsplänen
Durchführung von Kalkulationen für Einzelteile, Baugruppen und Prototypen, inklusive der fortlaufenden Aktualisierung und Erstellung von Kalkulationsberichten für Maschinen und Gewerke
Umsetzung von Änderungsmitteilungen, einschließlich der Verwaltung von Änderungsnummern und Zeichnungsänderungen
Steuerung von Auslauf- und Nachfolgermodellen
Einsteuerung von Nacharbeitsaufträgen
Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei fertigungstechnischen Problemen
Kontinuierliche Pflege und Fortschreibung der Basisdaten, insbesondere Arbeitspläne, Zeit- und Termindaten
Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Arbeitsanweisungen zur Sicherstellung von Prozessstandards
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsanforderungen durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit der QS-Abteilung

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischem Hintergrund, eine Ausbildung im technischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbaren Qualifikation
Mindestens 1 Jahr einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Arbeitsvorbereitung
Gutes technisches Verständnis
Unternehmerische Denkweise und kommunikationsstarkes Auftreten
Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Bereichsübergreifendes Denken und Handeln
Teamfähigkeit und Kollegialität
Anpassungsfähigkeit an wechselnde Prioritäten und die Bereitschaft in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld zu arbeiten
SAP-Grundkenntnisse und fundierte Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office-Produkten
Gute Deutschkenntnisse

Your Tasks

Evaluation and reporting of key figures directly from SAP
Creation and maintenance of master data in the system
Creating and updating work plans
Performing calculations for individual parts, assemblies and prototypes, including the continuous updating and creation of calculation reports for machines and trades
Implementation of change notifications, including the management of change numbers and drawing changes
Control of discontinued and successor models
Control of rework orders
Supporting employees with technical production problems
Continuous maintenance and updating of basic data, in particular work plans, time and deadline data
Creating documentation and work instructions to ensure process standards
Ensuring compliance with quality requirements through close cooperation with the QA department

Your profile

Successfully completed commercial training with a technical background, training in the technical field or a comparable qualification
At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in the field of work preparation
Good technical understanding
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills
Independent and structured way of working
Cross-divisional thinking and acting
Ability to work in a team and collegiality
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to work in a dynamic work environment
Basic SAP knowledge and sound knowledge of common MS Office products
Good German language skills
