Ihre Aufgaben

Leitung des Bereichs Qualitätssicherung einschließlich der Führung von 2 Mitarbeitenden
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Qualitätsnormen (z. B. ISO 9001) in allen QS- und Kontrollsystemen
Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Qualitätsstrategien sowie Überwachung wichtiger Qualitätskennzahlen
Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen
Begleitung neuer Produkte und Produktionsprozesse unter Berücksichtigung der Qualitätsanforderungen
Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft der QS (z. B. Bauteilprüfung, Qualitätsberichte, Lieferantenabstimmung, Reklamationsmanagement, interne und externe Audits)
Initiierung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Sicherung und Verbesserung der Produktqualität
Durchführung und Dokumentation von Erstmusterprüfungen

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, bestenfalls mit einschlägiger Weiterbildung zum Meister (m/w/d) oder Techniker (m/w/d)
Mehrjährige fachbezogene Berufserfahrung im Qualitätswesen in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
Erste Führungserfahrung
Technische Kenntnisse in den Fertigungstechnologien mechanischer Bearbeitung
Gute Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Normen
Betriebswirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln
Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
Kommunikationsgeschick sowie Fähigkeit, andere Menschen zu begeistern
Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your Tasks

Management of the quality assurance including the supervision of 2 employees
Ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001) in all QA and quality systems
Development and implementation of quality strategies and monitoring of key quality indicators
Optimization and further development of processes in close cooperation with other departments
Supporting new products and production processes, taking quality requirements into account
Active participation in day-to-day QA business (e.g., component testing, quality reports, supplier coordination, complaint management, internal and external audits)
Initiating and implementing measures to ensure and improve product quality
Carrying out and documenting initial sample inspections

Your profile

Successfully completed technical professional training, ideally with relevant further training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d)
Several years of relevant professional experience in quality management in a manufacturing company
Initial supervisory experience
Technical knowledge of mechanical processing manufacturing technologies
Good knowledge of relevant standards
Business-minded thinking and acting
Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working
Communication skills and the ability to inspire others
Confident handling of MS Office applications, knowledge of SAP an advantage
Very good written and spoken German
