Über 2.500 Installationen sind weltweit in Betrieb. Derzeit unterhält die montratec GmbH direkte Vertriebe in Europa, USA und Asien, sowie weitere internationale Vertretungen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Erstinbetriebnahme neuer Anlagen und Komponenten im Haus und beim Kunden
Einweisung des Bedienungs- und Werkstattpersonals der Kunden
Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Durchführung von Reparaturen
Wartung von Anlagen
Vor- und Nachbereitung von Serviceeinsätzen
Abstimmung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Vertrieb, Technik, Projektmanagement und Produktion

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Berufsausbildung
Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
Selbstsicheres Auftreten
Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
Internationale Reisebereitschaft
Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Idealerweise Englisch- und Italienischkenntnisse

Your Tasks

Initial commissioning of new system and component installations in-house and at customer sites
Instruction of customer’s operating and workshop personnel
Analysis and elimination of malfunctions as well as carrying out repairs
Maintenance of system installations
Preparation and follow-up of service calls
Co-ordination and close cooperation with the sales, engineering, project management, and production departments

Your profile

Successfully completed technical vocational training as a mechatronics engineer (m/f/d) or comparable technical or craft training
Strong customer and service focus
Self-confident appearance
Strong communication and team skills
Ability to work independently and accurately
Willingness to travel internationally
Proficient verbal and written German language skills
Ideally English and Italian language skills
