Über 3.000 Installationen sind weltweit in Betrieb. Derzeit unterhält die montratec GmbH direkte Vertriebe in Europa, USA und Asien, sowie weitere internationale Vertretungen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Koordination von Marketingprojekten
Betreuung der verschiedenen Social-Media-Kanäle, darunter Instagram und LinkedIn
Beobachten von Online-Marketing-Trends
Entwickeln von ganzheitlichen Marketingstrategien zur Steigerung der Unternehmensbekanntheit
Planung und Erstellung von Social-Media-Inhalten (Foto, Text, Grafik, Bewegtbild) sowie deren Veröffentlichung, Analyse und Auswertung
Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmenswebsites
Gestalten und erstellen ansprechender Präsentationen und Printvorlagen
Interner Ansprechpartner für digitale Vermarktungsaktivitäten des Unternehmens
Planung und Organisation von Messeauftritten im In- und Ausland
Mitarbeit bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Events

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Kommunikation oder Medien
Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position wünschenswert
Eigenverantwortliche, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Konzeptionelle, vorausschauende und unternehmerisch geprägte Denk- und Handlungsweise
Souveräne und selbstsichere Persönlichkeit mit verbindlichem Auftreten und starker Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Organisationsgeschick, Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, gute Grafik-Kenntnisse in Photoshop und InDesign
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Weltweite Reisebereitschaft (ca. 10 %)

Your Tasks

Collaboration in the planning and coordination of marketing projects
Managing the various social media channels, including Instagram and LinkedIn
Monitoring online marketing trends
Developing holistic marketing strategies to increase company awareness
Planning and creating social media content (photos, text, graphics, moving images) as well as publishing, analyzing and evaluating it
Support in the maintenance and further development of company websites
Designing and creating appealing presentations and print templates
Internal contact person for the company's digital marketing activities
Planning and organization of trade fair appearances at home and abroad
Collaboration in the planning, organization and implementation of events

Your profile

Completed training or studies with a focus on marketing, communications or media
Professional experience in a similar position desirable
Independent, careful and structured way of working
Conceptual, forward-looking and entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
Confident and self-assured personality with an engaging manner and strong communication skills
Organizational skills, flexibility and commitment
Confident handling of MS-Office, good graphic skills in Photoshop and InDesign
Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 10 %)
